• Ticket prices include all taxes and fees for maximum transparency.

• Adult tickets include a complimentary pint cup. Bring your own SFFP-branded pint cup in lieu of a new one for a $5 credit toward the purchase of drink tokens.

• To claim tickets held in Will Call, visit the Box Office at the entrance to Village Green Park and bring a valid picture ID.

• Wristbands must be worn at all times. No wristband, no entry, no exceptions. Lost or stolen wristbands will not be replaced, a new ticket must be purchased to re-enter the festival.

• Tickets obtained from sources other than Big Ponderoo (and our partner Afton Tickets) may be stolen or counterfeit, and will not be honored. It is unlawful to obtain admission by fraud.

• All artists and times of performances are subject to change and/or cancellation without notice.

Tickets are delivered via email. Please check your Spam or Junk folder, if you cannot find your mobile ticket(s) in your inbox. You can also access your tickets by logging into your Afton Ticket Account HERE.

• If you used Connect w/Facebook to checkout, click the blue Connect w/Facebook button to login.

• If you created an account, type in your email and password to log in. If you forgot your password, here’s how you can reset it.

• If you used Guest Checkout, you can use the same forgot password feature to reset your password to login and retrieve your tickets.

Tips for avoiding scams (unfortunately, these are rampant!):

1. Do not accept printed tickets, screenshots, or email PDF documents. These can be replicated and sent to anyone.

2. Be cautious when selected the payment method for purchase of tickets through a third-party. We recommend using only purchase protected payment methods to (such as PayPal) and make sure you send payment for goods or services, so purchase protection is in effect. Scammers will often ask you to pay a certain way to avoid these services and keep your money. If this is not possible, consider meeting in person.

3. Only accept tickets that have been officially transferred through our ticketing partner Afton Tickets. This is the only way to ensure that you have a real ticket. When using the transfer process, tickets will be moved from the seller’s Afton Ticket account to the buyer’s Afton Ticket account.
